About Zydeco Products

Living in south Louisiana all my life, I grew up emersed in food and culture. My house was the place to be if you wanted a good, home cooked meal. I remember, no matter where we went, you could hear people talking about what they were going to eat for supper while they are eating lunch. 

Food and family are the way of life for us and we are very proud to be able to live right in the middle of Cajun Country.

Our products were born in Delcambre, in my kitchen on Lake Peigneur.  I have always enjoyed cooking and listening to music so it comes as no surprise that our company would be called Zydeco Products. Music feeds your soul, food feeds your belly and for us there is no better combination. 

We shared our homemade products with friends, family, and the numerous people we met while doing markets throughout the area. There is no better compliment than hearing someone say, “That’s some of the best stuff I have ever tasted.”
